Yes, a deposit of 20% of the proposed treatment is required to book an appointment. We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so will result in deposit deemed non-refundable. We understand things happen, so just give us a call as soon as a delay is expected and we'll work with you to the best of our ability to reschedule your appointment.
